A Personal Update: Moving to Monthly Newsletters
I'm switching from weekly to monthly newsletters to bring you better, more meaningful content about CHS.

Hey Everyone,
I wanted to talk to you directly about a change I’m making to the newsletter. After a lot of thought and listening to your feedback, I’m switching from weekly to monthly newsletters starting this month.
I know this might be a big change, but I want to be completely honest about why I’m doing this and what it means for all of us.
Why I’m Making This Change
I Want to Give You My Best
Let’s be real - trying to put together a meaningful weekly newsletter about CHS has been tough. Sometimes there just isn’t enough new research or developments to make each week’s newsletter truly valuable. I’d rather send you something really good once a month than try to fill space with content that doesn’t help you.
More Time to Dig Deep
Going monthly means I can:
- Really dive into the latest research and understand it properly
- Take time to fact-check everything thoroughly
- Share more detailed stories from our community
- Put together resources that actually make a difference
I’m Just One Person
I want to be upfront - it’s just me behind all of this. Going monthly will help me:
- Balance my time better between research and content creation
- Make sure everything I share is accurate and helpful
- Keep the website and other resources up to date
- Actually have time to respond to your messages

- Sharing accurate, up-to-date information

- Fighting for more awareness and research
- Helping you find the resources you need
