Article Update - May 2024

I’ve updated this article to be more transparent about the nature of CHS-Awareness Weekly. Originally, the tone might have suggested this was a larger operation, but I wanted to clarify that this is my personal project - just me sharing updates as I learn and research about CHS. I believe this honesty helps set better expectations about what you can expect from these updates.

Hey there! I’m Tim, and I’m excited to introduce CHS-Awareness Weekly, my personal project to share regular updates about Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome (CHS). This is a one-person operation - just me, sharing what I learn and discover about CHS as I research and connect with our community.

A Note About Updates

Before I dive into what I’m planning to share, I want to be completely transparent: this is my passion project that I work on in my free time. While I aim to send updates weekly, there might be times when life gets busy or I need to take a break. I believe in quality over quantity, so some weeks might have more content than others, and occasionally, I might skip a week if I don’t have meaningful updates to share.

What I Plan to Share

When I send out updates, here’s what you can expect to find:

1. Weekly Highlights

I’ll start with what I consider the most interesting or important CHS-related findings I’ve come across that week.

2. Research Updates

When I find interesting medical research or studies about CHS, I’ll break them down into easy-to-understand summaries.

3. Community Stories

I’ll share stories from our CHS community (with permission, of course). These are real experiences from real people dealing with CHS.

4. Management Tips

I’ll pass along practical tips and techniques for managing CHS that I learn from the community and research.

5. News & Developments

If I come across any notable news or developments in the CHS world, I’ll make sure to share them.

6. Awareness Updates

I’ll highlight any public discussions about CHS that I think are worth sharing.

7. Helpful Resources

I’ll point you toward useful articles, support groups, or tools I discover.

8. Community Q&A

I’ll address questions I receive from the community, finding answers through research and consultation with experts.

Want to Help?

While this is my personal project, I’d love to include your voice! Here’s how you can contribute:

  1. Share Your Story Have a CHS experience you want to share? Email me at [email protected]

  2. Ask Questions Got questions about CHS? Send them my way at [email protected]

  3. Suggest Topics If there’s something specific you’d like me to look into, let me know!

Subscribe for Updates

If you’d like to receive my updates, you can subscribe below. Remember, this is a manual email list that I maintain myself, so while I aim for weekly updates, the schedule might vary:

Stay Connected

Join me in learning about CHS. I share updates when I find interesting research, stories, or insights.

This is my personal project - I aim for weekly updates but life happens! Some weeks might be quiet.

No automation here - just me sharing what I learn. Unsubscribe anytime.

Looking Ahead

I’ll start sending out updates next week. They’ll usually arrive Sunday night or Monday morning, as that’s when I typically have time to compile everything I’ve learned during the week.

A Personal Note

I want to be clear that while I put a lot of effort into researching and verifying information, I’m not a medical professional. My goal is to share knowledge and experiences in a way that’s helpful and accessible, but always consult with healthcare providers for medical advice.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Together, we can build a more informed and supportive CHS community.

Best regards, Timothy Suwityarat
